It has been an honor to be your physician over the years and meet the many healthcare challenges with you. Your health and welfare are my primary concern and that is why I am writing to give you advanced notice that Health Integrative will be closing Sept 30, 2023.

We have called various locations to see if they are accepting new patients and compiled a list of practitioners and centers in the area. Please reach out if you would like to have a list to call.
